This hotel is absolutely gorgeous rooms were luxurious and very clean, it’s location is perfect very easy to get to everything. Drinks were fantastic however the food was very average, but as you are so close to various restaurants we went out in the evenings. They don’t have many activities but with the beach as your garden and ***** of over 50+ shops and bars you can keep yourself entertained. Would stay again but maybe not do all inclusive

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of food. Go Inclusive, much better experience. Great location - next to beach and town.

This hotel needs a major make over! Details: the decor in the common areas is old and dirty- the couches, chairs, outdoor lounge chairs are threadbare and stained. The carpets in hallways are old and dirty. Only two tiny elevators to serve 5 floors of rooms. With 5 people inside you feel like a sardine! Mostly decided to take the stairs. There is only one button to call the lift, (no up or down button) so you may have to travel all floors to arrive at your destination! The towels and linens are threadbare, and we had bed linens with stains! When you lay by the pool, there are no wait staff to serve you. There is a bar open, but I am sure the hotel is missing an opportunity to sell more drinks. The location is a plus. The beautiful beach and seaside promenade are a few steps away. The staff works hard to keep the common areas clean. We were here for 8 nights, and our bed linens were only changed once. I am being generous giving this hotel 3 stars. We would not stay here again.

This is it’s a 5 star hotel in my opinion Location is on a nice beach and right in the centre of Protaras ensure you book a sea view room if not you are located above the front car park which is extremely noisy with all the traffic from the main ***** and balcony has no privacy.. we didn’t realise when booking so had to pay for an upgraded room.. The room underwent a refurbishment about 3 years ago, our room was ok, pillows were not good and certainly need replacing, our bedding and beds very good…wardrobe vey small and bathroom very tired - the bathrooms do need a refurb.. shower goes all over bathroom as the screen attached to bath is simply not big enough… some shampoo etc provided again very basic stuff not what you’d expect in a 5 star hotel. The reception areas are modern, not enough lifts to service the size of hotel. We found all of the staff very helpful and accommodating. Had to pay for safe which is 2.50 euro per day a bit ridiculous not sure why this isn’t included in stay.. Pool area is fine a large pool with very comfy loungers although they look tired and could do with being replaced, the beach is nice although too cold for us to use the sea it would be lovely when warmer. Breakfast was fine I’ve had better and worse but in general a fair selection Would I come back - it’s very doubtful - unless an amazing deal was to be had - in all we enjoyed our holiday spent very limited time in hotel - in my opinion this is a 3 star plus…

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days, with both family and friends. The hotel reception area is very clean and modern. The check in was quick and easy process. Only one hotel key card given, asked for another one during the stay and this was not a problem. There are only two lifts for the hotel, which as the hotel was not a full was not a problem, but could be during busy periods. The rooms - bed was comfortable however only one pillow each, and only one spare one in the cupboard (we did ask for another but it never arrived - used the decorative ones). Air-con in the room is sufficient, however it was not on during the first couple of days. The rooms have been updated, to a modern standard they have a bed, bedside tables however only one draw. So not great if you need the storage, vanity area, cupboard, wardrobe, fridge, tea and coffee marking facilities within the room. You do get a robe and slippers. There is a safe in the room but this is charged at 2.50 euro a day. The bathrooms have not been updated. There was a bath but this didn't work due to the shower being attached but the shower was sufficient. There was shower gel ect in the room, the hair dryer was on the wall and not powerful, so may need to take your own. We had a view of the car park but this did not bother us, if you want a nice view you would need to ask for a beach view. There was wifi in the hotel, which was okay, I didnt get signal in some parts of the hotel and outside. The hotel is based on the beach, so access is very easy. To get to the main road it is just a short walk up a hill. There was not much open as it was the start of the season however in the peak season I can imagine this to be more busy and different. The food - I found the food good, with a variety of foods each day. We were all inclusive so had all meals in the hotel. The staff in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Large selections at all meal times. During peak times there are multiple places to eat but this was not the case for us, as only one was open per sitting. There is also a pool bar which did burger and chips. There was a large pool and kids pool at the hotel, they were cold for this time of year (which is normal) so we used the indoor pool. You get a card with your room number and guests in the room and you exchange this for your towels. The sun beds were very comfy, there was some games going on through out the day and classes in the pool. There was a sauna and steam room in the hotel with a hot tub, but didn't use these. There is a hairdressers on site and also a spa with various treatments, I would recommend booking if you wish to use this facility. Overall, we had a good stay, I am sure when the hotel is fully open and at capacity it is a different experience.

Just back from this hotel having spent 1 week here. The hotel has a good location in town and is right on the beach good size pool , freezing this time of year like most pools are and the sun beds are very comfortable First night sleep was horrible my mattress which clearly came out of a skip had the springs punching out from the fabric, very dangerous and the sheets have worn rips , the mattress was replaced the following day but all 3 of us had sore backs the whole week The safe was the best kept secret, you have to PAY to use the thing , never in 35 yrs of travel have I had to pay for the safe €2.50 a day The room was ok but the bathroom was very tired Cleaning was poor in the room and front of house Food was poor with breakfast being the best of the 3 Absolutely DO NOT go all inclusive they wanted 700 euro from us so glad we didn’t and went out for proper food The AI drinks also only include a White Russian beer and white and red wine, what a con!! In summary good location, don’t go all inclusive and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel
